Daughter of Zeus and Selene, the moon goddess who drives the silver chariot that carries the moon across the sky, Ersa is the goddess of dew, which forms on plants, grasses and flowers during the night, when the moon reigns in the sky, shining in the light of the night star. Sister of the full moon Pandia, Ersa represents its sparkle on earth. 
Inspired by the white moonlight that makes dewdrops shine, reflecting in them as in a mirror, the Ersa clutch bag is illuminated by a 14-carat white gold buckle decorated with a pavé of 3 carats of natural brilliant-cut white diamonds, handcrafted in Italy at the maison's goldsmith's workshop in Piedmont. The Mississippiensis alligator leather, chosen for its preciousness and the irregularity of its scales, perfectly reflecting the moonlit surface of the earth, is artistically hand-painted in Italy and sewn by highly skilled artisans at the maison's leather goods atelier in Florence.

The Tamarisk Ersa Clutch is housed in the Dorotea Landi box in Alcantara-lined wood, custom-made by hand in Italy.
