THE PROTOCOL

The movement of high-value assets requires military precision. Dorotea Landi partners exclusively with Ferrari Group and DHL Secured to ensure the chain of custody remains unbroken from our London Vault to your hand.

Article II.

DISPATCH TIMELINES

  • Immediate Dispatch Assets: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day.
  • Commissions (Made-to-Order): Please allow the specified lead time (e.g., 4 Weeks) for the casting and finishing of your asset. You will be notified immediately upon completion.

Article III.

SECURITY & INSURANCE

  • Full Indemnity: Every shipment is fully insured by the House until the moment of delivery.
  • Signature Required: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A signature from an adult at the designated address is mandatory to release the package.
  • Discreet Packaging: For your security, the exterior packaging is unbranded. The Dorotea Landi presentation case is sealed inside.

United Kingdom: 24–48 Hours (Complimentary).
Europe: 2–4 Business Days.
