REVOCATION & RETURNS
Article I.
THE PHILOSOPHY
We believe an asset should only be held if it is truly desired. However, due to the nature of High Jewellery, strict protocols apply to returns to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Article II.
THE WINDOW
You are entitled to revoke your acquisition and return the asset within 14 days of receipt. To initiate this process, you must contact the Concierge to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will be refused.
Article III.
CONDITION OF ASSETS
To be eligible for a refund, the asset must be:
— Unworn: Showing absolutely no signs of use, scratches, or wear.
— Intact: The security tag (if attached) must not be removed.
— Complete: Returned with all original packaging, the Certificate of Provenance, and the presentation box.
Article IV.
EXCEPTIONS
Bespoke & Modified Assets: Items that have been engraved, resized, or specially commissioned are Final Sale.
Regulatory Restrictions (CITES): Assets requiring individual government export documentation (e.g., Exotic Leathers) are non-returnable once the export license has been issued in the Client's name.
Hygiene: Pierced earrings can only be returned if the tamper-proof hygiene seal remains unbroken.
